YOUNG DISCIPLES
Young Disciples are youth in Grades 4th, 5th and 6th. They meet every Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00. Young Disciples weekly devotion is on "Emotion Explosions". Each week the youth talk about a difference emotion. The also play games that emphasis cooperation rather than competition. Young Disciples take short day trips. They visit nursing homes, bowling, play miniature golf, ice skating, and roller-skating.
JR High U.M.Y.F.
Youth is grades Seven and Eight meet each Sunday night from 5:30 to 7:30. Although we have devotion each meeting the emphasis is on fellowship. The JR High go to a rally every November called "ALIVE". They also participate in a lot of events with the SR High.
SR HIGH U.M.Y.F.
Youth in grades Nine through twelve meet every Sunday
night 6:30 to 8:30. The SR high is a very active group. We have an "event"
each month. In December we put on live nativity for the community, in
the summer we go on a mission trip, in the spring we do a passion drama
for the congregation. We also attend a SR high rally, and sponsor a
retreat for all the youth in the church. We go to concerts though out
the year and other one-day events. Several of our SR high are on the
design team for the Conference Youth rally that over 2,000 people attend.
