With the brick and roof beams in place, the Narthex was added.

    Sanctuary construction began on August 17, 1975 and was completed in 13 months.  Built at the same time was the Fellowship Hall and kitchen, located under the sanctuary and Narthex.  Consecration of the new sanctuary was held on September 12, 1976 under the direction of Ebenezer's pastor, Rev. Robert Helms.  More than 500 people attended the consecration services.
